The supplement selection guide
Follow the evidence.
Make an informed choice.
Looking for the best supplement? Compare the evidence, label, quality testing, and fit for your daily routine before you buy.
01
Start with a specific goal
The best supplement for one person may not fit another person's needs. Define the goal you are shopping for, such as a bedtime routine or daily nutritional support. A broad promise to improve everything gives you less to evaluate than a clearly described purpose.
02
Ask what was actually studied
Check whether the research tested the finished product or only an individual ingredient. Look for the same ingredient form, serving amount, population, and outcome. Ingredient research can explain a formulation choice without proving that the complete formula delivers the same result.
03
Read the complete label
Compare Supplement Facts, ingredient forms, serving sizes, other ingredients, and directions. Review everything else you take to identify overlapping ingredients. A longer ingredient list or a larger serving does not by itself establish better results.
04
Separate quality testing from effectiveness
Independent testing can help assess whether a supplement contains the listed ingredients and meets the testing program's standards. A quality seal is not proof that the product will produce a particular health benefit. Ask the brand for documentation supporting its claims.
05
Treat reviews as personal experiences
Customer experiences can help you understand taste and ease of use. They do not establish what everyone will experience. Look for specific, authentic reviews and distinguish them from promises of guaranteed sleep, weight loss, or other results.
06
Explore X1 by its place in your day
Morning Fast, First Meal, and Deeper Sleep each have a defined place in the X1 routine. Compare their product pages, ingredient explanations, and label directions with your own needs. Deeper Sleep is a melatonin-free powder designed for bedtime relaxation and restful sleep support.*
