Free shipping on orders over $299
Orders with a merchandise subtotal over $299 USD qualify for free shipping. The subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges. Orders totaling exactly $299 or less do not qualify. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you pay.
30-day returns on unopened products
Request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all original seals intact. Opened products are not eligible for a standard return. Products that arrived damaged or incorrect are handled separately as described below.
How to request a return
Email support@x1health.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Contact us before sending your return.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns of unopened products. If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us for instructions before paying for return shipping. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been processed.
Damaged or incorrect products
If your product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@x1health.com within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. The unopened requirement does not apply to these cases. We will review the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
Refund processing
For eligible returns, we will refund the product purchase price you paid, after any discounts, to the original payment method. We will receive and inspect your return and process the refund within 15 calendar days of receipt. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
