Payment details are handled by payment providers. The current test checkout uses Authorize.net Sandbox and must only be used with test card information. X1 Health does not store full card numbers or security codes. Order and address information may be shared with payment, shipping, and technology providers as needed to deliver the services you request.

We use providers for website hosting, account management, email, analytics, and payment services, including Base44, Google, and Authorize.net as applicable. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect security or legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections.

We retain information as needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us to ask about account or test-order data deletion.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or ask about privacy rights available where you live, by emailing support@x1health.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
