Three Moments. One Daily Wellness System.

Why Morning Fast, First Meal, and Deeper Sleep belong in the same routine.

Your day is connected. How you sleep can affect how you feel in the morning. Stress can influence when you reach for food. And the choices you repeat shape your health over time.

The X1 Daily Wellness Pack brings three moments into one simple routine: first thing, first meal, and before bed.

The idea is easy to understand: make room for calm during the day, pay attention to your eating routine, and protect time for recovery at night.

01 · Morning Fast: begin with calm and focus

Before the emails, errands, and endless notifications, give yourself a moment to settle.

Morning Fast is designed around appetite support, calm focus, and your morning eating routine. It includes L-theanine, an ingredient that has shown promise in small human studies of stress responses. 1

With no caffeine, it fits a morning routine that does not depend on another stimulant. The aim is to start the day feeling composed and ready for what is ahead. A guaranteed boost in energy or focus has not been established for the finished formula.

02 · First Meal: make your meal part of the plan

When it is time to eat, your body moves into a different part of the day: digesting food and using or storing its energy.

First Meal brings together a metabolic focus and gut-focused ingredients. Its recorded formulation includes berberine, cinnamon, chromium, PHGG fiber, tributyrin, and zinc L-carnosine.

Some of these ingredients have been studied for blood-glucose regulation or gut-related outcomes. Findings vary, and results depend on the ingredient, dose, and population studied. They do not establish that First Meal prevents insulin resistance or produces weight loss. 2

Think of this moment as a reminder to build a satisfying meal, include protein and fiber, and be intentional about eating.

03 · Deeper Sleep: make room for recovery

When the day winds down, your routine should give you time to wind down too.

Deeper Sleep is designed around relaxation and nighttime support, without melatonin. Glycine and L-theanine have shown promising findings in small sleep studies, while magnesium supports normal nerve and muscle function. 3,4,5

A consistent bedtime, a quieter evening, and enough time for sleep give this part of the routine its foundation.

Why the whole day matters

Sleep, eating, stress, and activity influence one another. Insufficient sleep can affect insulin sensitivity and food choices. Regular activity and a sustainable eating pattern remain central to weight management. 6,7

That is why the Wellness Pack is organized around the whole day. Each product has a different place, and the routine gives you three opportunities to check in with yourself.

Calm and focus in the morning. An intentional first meal. Time to relax before bed.

The convenience is the system: three products, clear moments, and a routine you can remember. The combined pack has not been clinically shown to keep you calm all day, increase energy, cause weight loss, or slow insulin resistance.

If you take medication, review the ingredients with your clinician or pharmacist before combining the products, particularly because berberine can interact with medicines. 2

First thing → First meal → Before bed.
